About Us
I am Dr Tom Croke, PGCE FE, a Senior Level 3 Swim Coach, Swim Wales National Academy Coach, and Assistant Coach of the Performance 1 Squad at the Torfaen Dolphins.
I am also an ex Welsh national swimmer and multiple age group national champion.
My expertise in teaching, learning and pedagogy combined with my passion for swimming and swimming coaching is what convinced me to start the Swim Performance Centre.
Jack is an ASA Level 2 Instructor. He has previously been a club swimmer and has experience with enhanced stroke improvement.
Through club swimming, Jack has been able to gain experience teaching large groups of swimmers. In particular, he has worked on stroke improvement and endurance.

Jack is good at tailoring each lesson to the individual swimmer, no matter their age and ability.
